About Me
My name is David, and I am an award-winning animator, designer, and storyboard artist based in Los Angeles, California. I am an alumnus of the University of Southern California, with an MFA in Animation and the Digital Arts.
I’ve had the honor of directing and contributing to films and projects that have screened worldwide, including my 2022 short film, “Together/Apart”, which won 1st Prize at the ASIFA-East Animation Festival in New York City, as well as made the shortlist for the 2023 Yugo Student BAFTA Awards.
Outside of filmmaking, I have over two years of experience doing work for the entertainment industry, and am currently animating as a part of the team at Midnight Oil Animation. I’m always on the hunt for further freelancing opportunities and studio work, and I’d love to help contribute to your project!
